So I spent a few hours the other day working on building a sand castle that a reddit user named MCNOODLOR built using a system called Chunky. I am really pleased with the result! See the screenshot below, and download it using the link below! (more…)
Lately, I have been trying to find ways to save as much money as possible. What I have been finding is that my money is increasingly going to fast food. Not only is this hard on my wallet, but fast food in itself isn’t very healthy for you. Instead, I will be looking for ways to save money, by making my own food! This will also help me learn to be more self sufficient, and when the ladies ask if I can cook, well, I will be able to say yes! I took the recipe below from reddit, credit goes to electric_sandwich on this reddit thread. Read more to get the recipe! (more…)
I have been spending a lot of time thinking about confidence, and what it means. How some people seem naturally confident in their skin, and others are not. Well, I ran into an article the other day that really helped me understand it better. You can find the article here, and if you have a few minutes, I recommend you check it out. I have always lived my life in the moment, and that can be a blessing and a curse at the same time. It is good because I definitely come across as very confident in myself, but sometimes it is bad, because I live so much in the moment that I become oblivious of myself. Part of it is that I forget things easily, because I am so focused on what is going on at the moment, and I also don’t think ahead to the future and what the consequences of my actions hold. It’s something I want to work on, to help balance it out, so that I continue to live in the moment, but I also want to be aware of my past and future. Especially now that I am running my own business. It is easy to forget your other customers when you are working with your current customer, and that is something I want to avoid. I also created the facebook cover below, feel free to use it if you like it. (more…)
You walk up to a woman and say “Hey”. She smiles and says “Hi”. And then what do you do? Well you need to keep a conversation going! Because if you are not talking to her in a smooth and controlled manner, you’re probably not going to be able to get her number let alone take her home with you. Keeping a conversation alive with a woman can be difficult. My mind just used to go blank and I was never sure of what I should talk about. But after years of working on this and observing some of the best seducers talking to women, I finally understand how you can use conversation as a tool to attract women.
In this post I will show you a conversation technique which will help you keep a conversation going for as long as you want. If you can master this simple technique, you can have the confidence to approach anyone, not just beautiful women, and start talking. I will also show you how you should approach conversation with women, because after all, a woman’s thought processes are completely different from a man’s. (more…)
So, a friend of mine recently got a weird email from a staffing company. She is looking for a job, and has been applying everywhere. She knew that she had not applied at this particular job, and sent it to me, asking about it’s validity. I sent her the following reply back. Read on to see what to look for from suspicious emails.
Doing a movie review for a film that is adapted from a book is usually very difficult for me. As a true bookworm, I will always prefer the depth and level of detail present in a book. My mind seems to be much more capable at building a world than most movie directors, and it can be very frustrating watching a badly made book adaptation. More often than not this is the case, with some exceptions (see LOTR trilogy), but I was pleasantly surprised with The Hunger Games. Read on for my full review. (more…)
A friend of mine told me about a Reddit posting the other day where the person would only eat home cooked meals for the entire month of March. This got me thinking, and I came up with several conclusions. First, I don’t think I have ever done that in my life, so just to say I have done it, this is a great challenge. Secondly, I spend a LOT of money on fast food. And by a lot, I mean I eat out almost every day, since I am always on the road. First of all, as I am sure you know, I can’t begin to tell you how unhealthy this is. Not only is this type of food not very good for you, it is also very expensive. On a typical day, I probably spend anywhere between $5-$15. This adds up very quickly and can make a huge dent in your budget. Lastly, I am not a very good cook. At least, I don’t think I am. I haven’t had to cook much throughout my life, so I think this is a great time to learn. So, how will I accomplish this feat? Read on to find out! (more…)
I have to say, I am a happy dude. I recently bought my first motorcycle, and I got a great deal on it. Surprisingly, I bought it from Craigslist, and had no issues at all. You can see some photos of it below. So, how did I get a great deal on a bike you ask? Well, it was a combination of patience and some tech savvy-ness. Read on for more! (more…)
Dealing With Attention Deficit Disorder In High School
“If you do not do something about your child I will retire from teaching! I simply cannot control him.” My kindergarten teacher spoke these words as she stormed off, leaving my mother dumbstruck and with a terrible feeling of failure. My constant interruptions in class had finally worn through my teachers nerves, further frustrating her because I was sincerely sorry for my actions and wished to correct them but unable to. I sunk into a feeling of frustration and despair, believing that I was, as was termed by my teachers, “lazy and uncooperative.” I was shortly thereafter referred to a local doctor and then a psychologist for testing. My parents’ worst fear was that I had Bipolar (maniac depression) Disorder. As it turned out, this was not the case. Instead I was diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Read on for more about this disorder. (more…)
Today I want to talk about Facebook (Or Social Media) etiquette. I have noticed a growing trend on Facebook recently, that I like to call “Machine Gun Posting.” If I have added you as a friend on Facebook, it means that I genuinely like you. But, if you are going to be posting a new status update every 30 seconds, we need to rethink this whole Facebook friendship thing. So below is a list of things I think make for good Facebook etiquette. Don’t like it? Then friend me on Twitter instead. Read on for the list. (more…)
